Why Longshot?
We came up with the name Longshot while on a road trip, and it just made sense to us. There are many ways to interpret it - ours was; this business is a longshot.
But we're taking our shot, and are eternally grateful for those who support and believe in us.
We believe high-quality, fresh roasted coffee is for everyone. We aim to break down barriers and the stigma that third wave coffee is only for those who can afford it without cutting any corners along the way.
We streamline our processes to ensure that from the plant to your cup of coffee, we’re providing the best quality product at an affordable rate.

We started Longshot Coffee Roasters with our great passion for coffee. That passion began with me as a toddler waking up at 5AM to make a pot of coffee for my mom before work. We shared countless mornings talking, laughing, and growing over our morning coffee. I miss those mornings dearly, and have made it my mission to provide the best quality coffee to fuel those connections.
We take great pride in our sourcing, storage, roasting, cupping, and packaging to give you a personally curated experience.

Hello, I'm Juliana! Waco native and former barista, I've been alongside Trevor through our entire coffee journey. My professional passions have always involved creating; Over the years I've found myself in photography, graphic design, website building, and running social media accounts for small businesses. When we began Longshot, I knew I wanted to head all the creative avenues for our business - so that's what I do!
I'm passionate about creating top quality products, all the way from the source of our beans to our website source code. I'm grateful to be apart of this journey with Trevor and am eternally gratefully for all of the wonderful people we have met along the way.
